TempGenius Laboratory Monitoring
TempGenius wireless instruments are used in a multitude of diagnostics labs, blood banks, forensics labs, research labs, and hospital labs for wireless monitoring and alerting. TempGenius Lab Monitoring systems are ISO 17025 or NIST Certified to meet the most demanding regulatory requirements. TempGenius laboratory wireless data logging solutions include:
TempGenius monitoring systems present near real-time data with automated compliance reporting and temperature alerting to make your documentation process more accurate and less time consuming.
Compliance Control Inc. can support your laboratory with various services including validation and policy support. A complete list is available in our applications and services section above.
Various calibration service are available for ongoing compliance solutions:
Sensor Replacement – User can simply snap in new sensor that includes documentation for calibration.
Self Calibration – Our software and Customer Support make this an easy process.
Site Calibration – We send a technician to calibrate your equipment onsite.
Hybrid approach – Combination of the above sometimes works best.
Can I monitor an insulated refrigerator, freezer or walk–in or ultra-low?
Yes. You can place a sensor inside insulated incubators, refrigerators, freezers, or walk–ins, heat blocks and most any other equipment.
How may lab sensors will I need?
We can help you determine the number of sensors, however, most of the time it is one per unit. We have multiple channel units that in some cases can save costs.

What is the TempGenius ROI?
In general, ROI data indicates that the average payback through labor savings, consistency of data, regulatory compliance, energy savings, and loss prevention is 12 months or less depending upon the location. Manual logging is very costly, subject to embellishment and oversight, and lacks a means of alerting when problems arise.
How can you help me pay for the system?
TempGenius is easy to install and grow into. Starting with a basic system is affordable and sensors can be easily added over time. In addition, we offer monthly subscriptions, lease and rental options for laboratories.
Does TempGenius meet standards requirements?
TempGenius satisfies applicable ISO 17025, FDA, Joint Commission, CAP, and FCC documentation and/or approval requirements. Regular logging is automated and every alert and corrective action is identified by date, time, equipment, location, and user name for accountability and validation. ISO, NIST, and other accredited calibration options are available.
Is TempGenius easy to install?
Yes. You can install pre staged TempGenius lab monitoring systems, or we can handle the whole implementation. Installation of smaller wireless monitoring systems is relatively simple, while larger systems require a bit more time. Optional installation includes server set-up, positioning repeaters where required, optimal sensor placement, setting alerting thresholds, testing, and training. Staging installs in lab environment greatly reduces install time.
Will TempGenius interfere with existing wireless systems?
No. TempGenius uses multiple frequency architecture to accommodate nearly any application interference-free. Existing wireless networks, wireless telecom systems, and other systems remain autonomous and secure using encrypted transmissions. Available platforms include WIFI 802.11, 418 MHz, 900 MHz, 923 MHz and more.
Do I need a special or separate computer?
No. TempGenius can be viewed on any PC that you are now using for your other applications, and multiple users on your network can access the program from their computers as well. In addition, secure remote access is available for large groups of users if required. If you would like to use your server to host the database or our cloud server, that is up to you and your policy.
Is TempGenius available under GSA Contract?
